AR Murugadoss, who is now filming Akira with Sonakshi Sinha, took some time off to visit the sets of the Udhay Stalin-starrer Gethu. An excited Udhayanidhi tweeted:

Gethu is directed by Thirukumaran, a former associate of ARM. A racy stunt sequence was being shot at the time, and Murugadoss reportedly seemed impressed by it and wished the team well.
The look that Udhayanidhi sports in the movie is vastly different from his previous roles. And unlike his previous films, Gethu does not have Santhanam in it. Vikranth will be playing the role of the villian in this movie and Amy Jackson is the female lead. Sathyaraj and Karunakaran play important roles in Gethu, which has Harris Jayaraj composing music.
