Produced by Movie Slides Pvt. Ltd, the film reportedly deals with a ‘current crisis in the society’ and has its share of fictional elements. “His characterisation will be completely different from his role in that film (Kuttram 23) as both the stories belong to different backdrops. In addition to brainy and brawny ingredients depicting his character, it has more emotional shades as well,” said Kumaravelan in a press statement.
Palak Lalwani who was last seen in Sixer plays the female lead while the rest of the cast is yet to be finalised. Shabir of Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja fame is composing music while cinematography is by Gopi, who earlier worked with Arun Vijay in Thadam. Stunt Silva has been roped in for the action sequences.
Meanwhile, Arun Vijay has expressed happiness about the reception of his role in the multilingual Saaho. His film Mafia recently wrapped up shoot and Boxer’s first look was released. Both films are to hit theatres soon.
