Actor Bala Murali Mohan, popular for his appearance in Horlicks advertisements, passed away this morning. According to reports, the actor’s wife found him hanging in his Purasaiwalkam home. The reason for his suicide is not known, and the police are investigating whether he has left a note behind.
Bala Murali Mohan has played minor roles in many Tamil movies including Hey Ram, Minnale, Citizen, Boys and Rendu among others.
The 54-year-old actor is survived by his wife Seetha Rani and son Uma Shankar, who resides in the US.
