Unlike the Malayalam original, the tamil version will be set in Singapore, according to the reports. Rana Daggubati and Sri Divya will play the married couple in the film, while Arya has been roped in to play the role essayed by Dulquer in the original. Gopi Sunder, who composed the score for the Malayalam version, has been retained for the tamil remake along with actress Parvathi.
While early reports indicated that Baskar will direct both the Tamil & Telugu versions, rumours are rife now that the production house has decided to go with two different directors and separate casts for both the versions. Reports also indicate that Samantha Ruth Prabhu may be roped in to play the role played by Nithya Menen in the original.
