Nani’s debut as a TV show host for the reality show Bigg Boss Telugu started off with a controversy. Actress Sri Reddy’s name had come up when the names of the second season’s contenders were being released, however, when the show’s first episode went on air on Sunday night, she was nowhere to be seen.
Soon enough, Sri accused Nani of being the reason for her not being a part of the show, which prompted Nani to release a statement to a leading English daily in Hyderabad, refuting all the charges and stating that she shouldn’t be taken seriously.
The actress took to social media immediately and shared an explicit post stating that the actor had sexual relations with her.
While this transpired on Monday morning, later in the day, a miffed Nani tweeted, “I am not going to join the filth by reacting.” He dismissed claims of having a physical relationship with the actress and further said that he would be taking taking legal action against the actress. He also slammed the media for publishing news for the sake of a few clicks.

According to some reports, the channel airing the show, Star Maa has stated that employees don’t have access to the list of contestants before the shoot starts and only the head of the Mumbai team gets to decide the contestants on the show.
