Picture House Media Ltd has decided to withdraw their case against actress Shruti Haasan. When the actress decided to walk out of the Karthi-Nagarjuna project, the angry producers filed a complaint against her which refrained her from signing any new movies. The actress, however, had to accommodate director Chimbudevan’s Puli as the team was in a tight situation.
Now, with the intervention of Tamil Film Producers Council and South Indian Film Artistes Association, Picture House production house has sorted out the issue, stating that artistes must abide by the agreement.
Producer council President Kalaipuli S Thanu, vice-president PL Thenappan, secretary T Siva and President of South Indian Artistes Association R Sarath Kumar along with the members of Picture House Media Ltd were present to discuss the issue.
