Charmme is going out of her way to promote her upcoming release, Jyothi Lakshmi. Besides playing the titular role, she also has co-produced the film, which is directed by Puri Jagganath. The film’s audio will be unveiled today and at the event, Charmme is said to take on the role of the host. Looks like she’s following in the footsteps of actress Manchu Lakshmi, who has anchored the audio launches of some of her recent films.
Reportedly, Puri was determined to make this film with Charmme, who plays a sex worker and was asked to shed oodles of weight and grow long locks for the role. She even learnt to ride a motorbike for one of the scenes.
