Actor Chiranjeevi, who turns 60 this Saturday, will not announce his 150th film on the occasion, contrary to earlier media reports. In a recent interview with TV 9, he said that he had yet to finalise a script, and consequently, the film’s launch would take some time. Puri Jagannadh had earlier been selected to direct the film, but the project was put on hold as Chiranjeevi wasn’t happy with the second half of the story. Chiranjeevi said that he has been listening to several scripts and would select the right one within a couple of months. Reportedly, filmmaker VV Vinayak is one of the contenders to direct the film.
