Daggubati Venkatesh will reportedly begin work on a film with Puri Jagannadh next. He is scheduled to begin shooting for director Kishore Tirumala’s Aadallu Meeku Joharlu by early January, but reports suggest that the film could be delayed. Speaking to the Deccan Chronicle, an industry source said, “Things don’t seem to be falling in place and Venky might begin work on a film with director Puri Jagannadh soon. In fact, the actor himself might co-produce it along with brother Suresh Babu.”
The 56-year-old actor is said to extremely pleased with the subject and does not want to compromise on budget for the movie. “That’s one reason he isn’t hesitating considering partly bankrolling it if needed,” the source added.
Aadallu Meeku Joharlu is a coming-of-age romantic story with a comic element to it. But the fate of the film is now undecided and it remains to be seen which one of these projects the actor completes first.
