The actor told DC, “Initially, when I was approached for the movie, they said my portions would be shot in April. But, they had some change in their shooting plans and wanted my dates for the immediate schedule. Since I am busy with a couple of projects I couldn’t allot the dates. So, I did not have any choice but to opt out of the project.”

The makers of the film, Vanangamudi, are now looking for a suitable replacement for Daniel Balaji.

Meanwhile, the Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu actor is currently awaiting the release of Udhyanadi Stalin-Manjima Mohan starrer Ippadai Vellum. He also has an important role in Vetrimaaran’s Vada Chennai featuring Dhanush, Amala Paul.
