The latest victim of the celebrity death hoax that surfaces not infrequently was veteran Hindi actor, Dilip Kumar. The 94-year-old tweeted a series of messages to say he is fine and doing well, after erroneous reports of his death did the rounds.

Dilip Kumar, along with his wife Saira Banu, were reportedly bombarded with calls on Thursday night, asking about his welfare. Following this, he took out time to reply to fans and explain his absence from social media.
