Director Youreka, who recently released the audio of his upcoming Thoppi, has announced his next film – Maadu. He has roped in cinematographer Sukumar of Mynaa and Kumki fame to play the lead role.
At the audio launch, Youreka said that he wanted to cast Sukumar in Thoppi, but gave Murli Ram a chance to act in the movie. Youreka also added that he wanted to showcase Sukumar’s acting skills and managed to convince him to be a part of Maadu.
Director Youreka’s films include Madurai Sambavam and Sivappu Enaku Pidikkum.
