Kishore TE, the National Award winning editor known for his work in Aadukalam, was hospitalised on Tuesday when he collapsed at the editing table. According to a TOI report, Kishore suffered a brain stroke while he was working on Vetrimaaran’s Visranai. He was rushed to the hospital in Vadapalani.
Kishore underwent an emergency brain surgery as there was a blood clot in his brain; but he hasn’t gained consciousness yet.
His friends and colleagues have taken to Twitter to wish him speedy recovery.
Kishore won a National Award for his work in Aadukalam. The editor also worked in popular films like Payanam, Paradesi, Eeram, Kanchana, and Engeyum Eppodhum.
