In a press meet organized in Kochi, the actor’s son Rajkumar said that it was the doctors who suggested that the actor face the camera again. They felt that it could pave the way to miracles as the actor was still left with a side of his body paralyzed.

According to Rajkumar, the actor had completely regained his memory and was even capable of speaking a few words. The family members were able to make out the actor’s speech too.

“He got really upset when he came to know about the passing of Kalabhavan Mani and Kalpana. ‘I don’t want to watch this. Please turn off the TV,’ he told us,” Rajkumar was quoted by Mathrubhoomi.

Talking about the actor’s comeback, his daughter Parvathy Shone says “My brother is launching our own production company – called Jagathy Sreekumar Entertainments. Papa’s comeback to the camera is also part of that. The ad is a production of Silverstorm Water Theme Park.”

Jagathy Sreekumar will inaugurate his son’s production company on February 27.

“We are all joining him in the ad, his grandchildren will also be there,” she said to an online portal.

However, his role has been conceived by keeping the physical limitation in to account.

The actor had met with a fatal accident on the night of March 10, 2012, when the car he was travelling in rammed into the median near Calicut University in Kerala. He has been recuperating for the past seven years.

Apart from a production company, Jagathy’s son has also started an official Facebook page where the fans would get to know the latest updates about the actor.
