Babu Tamizh who was appreciated for his story-screenplay-dialogue contributions for the movie Jiivi has turned director with the movie IKK which recently went on floors. Bankrolled by Dharmraj Films’ Naveen, the movie stars debutant Yogesh, Guru Somasundaram, Anika Vikhraman in the lead roles.
The first look poster of the film was released on Twitter recently by actor Vijay Antony.

IKK talks about the life of a promising football player, who gets seriously injured in his very first game, decides to sit back, analyse the events that led to this situation and to study the strange turn of events encouraged by some information revealed to him. The movie has its share of fantasy along with thriller elements.

Radhakrishnan will be handling the camera, Rahul will sit on the edit, Gavaskar Avinash will compose the music, ‘Fire’ Karthik will choreograph the action sequences and Kallai Deva will handle art. Aadukalam Naren has also been roped in for a pivotal role.
The movie will be shot predominantly in Chennai with a few scenes abroad.
