Kamal Haasan’s trilingual project with director TK Rajeev Kumar has been titled as Sabash Naidu. The movie launch was officially held today at the premises of the Nadigar Sangam in Chennai. Sabash Naidu will have Kamal Haasan reprising the famous role of Balram Naidu, an investigative officer, as seen in his film Dasavatharam (2008). The film will also have Tollwyood comedian Brahmanandam playing the role of ‘Appa Rao’, Balram Naidu’s sidekick. He will be seen in the Tamil and Telugu Versions of the film whereas Saurabh Shukla will play the role in Hindi.
Shruti Haasan will be playing the female lead in the movie, as Balram Naidu’s daughter. Actress Ramya Krishnan will also be seen playing a supporting role in the film. The Hindi version has been titled Shabash Kundu.
Sabash Naidu will have music by Ilaiyaraaja and will be produced by Lyca Productions.
