Karan Johar will help launch the first look of 2.0. Lyca Productions, the producer of the mega-budget film, has announced that the launch event will be held in Mumbai, and will be hosted by director Karan Johar. Through a press release on Wednesday, Raju Mahalingam, Creative Head – Lyca Productions, said:
“This memorable, most expected event will be featuring Superstar Rajinikanth, Director S Shankar, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson, Producer Subhash Karan, Music director AR Rahman and crew of 2.0.
The event is set to be hosted by famous Producer and Director of super-hit Bollywood movies, Karan Johar.
This will be the first time, the first look of the movie will be released through modern technology. “
The event is scheduled to take place at Yash Raj Studios and will feature many celebrity performances, reports say.
2.0 is the sequel to Rajinikanth – Shankar’s Enthiran. Amy Jackson plays the female lead in the film that is reported to have a budget of around Rs 400 Crores.
