Sarath stated that the Ko-2 will be a political thriller like Ko, but with a completely different storyline. The films will be as different as ‘apple and orange’, he said.
The lead pair Bobby Simhaa and Nikki Galrani will play media persons in Ko-2, and Prakash Raj will essay a crucial role.
Sarath admitted that he was well-aware of the pressure on him, which he described as a ‘double-edged sword’. It could have favourable and unfavourable consequences, he said. Ko is a hugely popular flick and the audience will be eager to see how Ko-2 turns out to be, he said.
Sarath said he was confident that the audience would find this film as engaging and enjoyable as the first installment.
