The director told Deccan Chronicle that he will be taking a fresh approach with the narration of the film. “How it differs from films of similar genre is that it has strong content. And moreover, I feel editing is an important aspect where you can correct a lot of things. I have done the editing of Kombay as well, besides cinematography and acting as the antagonist,” he said.

Kombay‘s songs are composed by Gayoz Johnson, Anoop Rockwell and Denniz Joseph. The audio was launched on 14 February. The film’s release will be announced soon.
