Sources close to the production team of actor Kamal Hassan’s next film, tentatively titled Ore Iravu, revealed that actress Manisha Koirala has been approached to play a prominent role in the movie. The source added that her role will be a small one and that the actress is yet to sign on the dotted line.

Earlier, it was announced that the movie has been titled Ore Iravu, but some reports suggested that the title has been changed to Thoonga Vanam. However, there has been no confirmation from the production team on the title change.
Debutant director Rajesh will be wielding the megaphone while actress Trisha and actor Prakash Raj will be playing important roles in the movie. Said to be a thriller, this film will be shot in picturesque locations in Mauritius, say sources. An official announcement from the team is expected soon.
Kamal Hassan and Manisha Koirala have earlier teamed up for Indian, Mumbai Express and Aalavandhan.
