Actress Meera Jasmine will play the female lead in Vingyani. The film is about a NASA scientist who gets duped into marrying a woman. Real-life scientist Parthi makes his acting debut in this film and plays the male lead. The movie has been made on a big budget and the team even went abroad recently to shoot songs in picturesque locations. A few critical scenes were also canned at some of the country’s most famous institutions and laboratories.
Vingyani is produced and directed by S Parthiban (who’s also the protagonist). Maruthi takes care of the editing while Aravind Kamalanathan wields the camera. Shooting for the project is almost over.
