The film is directed by debutant Vinod Ananthoju. It will feature Anand and Varsha in the lead roles. The film is said to revolve around a middle-class man who wants to establish his own business venture- a tiffin centre. The motion poster shows Anand laying the foundations of his business, while his parents warn him about the abundance of similar ventures in the town of Guntur.
According to a report in The Times of India, the film’s shooting was wrapped up before the lockdown. The film was supposed to release this summer but was postponed due to the Covid-19 lockdown. The producer told the publication that the film has been shot in Kolhapur and Guntur and the characters are seen speaking in the Guntur dialect.
The director told The Times of India that the film is a delicate humour, that is derived from everyday life.
The film is produced by Venigalla Anand Prasad under the banner Bhavya Creations. Music has composed by Sweekar Agasthi, while Sunny Kurapati is in charge of cinematography.
Anand was last seen in Dorasaani, (2019), which was his debut film. Varsha was last seen Jaanu, the Telugu remake of the Tamil film 96, which released earlier this year. She is also working on Manne Number 13.
