Telugu actor Naga Shaurya started his own production house Ira Cinemas on Saturday. The announcement was made on the organisation’s Twitter handle.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on Twitter and wrote: “ACTOR STARTS PRODUCTION HOUSE… #NagaShaurya starts new production house: Ira Cinemas… Sister company of Ira Creations… First film co-produced by actor #AbhinavSardar… Choreographer #SunnyKomalapati turns director with this film… Starts 9 Nov 2020.”
The actor also runs Ira Creations, the banner under which his films,, including Chalo (2018) and Aswathama (2020), were co-produced. His parents Shankar Prasad and Usha Prasad are also partners.
As reported by the The Times of India, Ira Cinemas, has been conceived to encourage the growth of young talent within the industry. It aims at collaborating with new talent across the industry.

It will be bankrolling its first production directed by choreographer-turned-director Sunny Komalapati and co-produced by actor Abhinav Sardar soon.
Naga Shaurya was last seen in the thriller Aswathama. The actor-producer had also written the story for the movie.
The 31-year-old actor also has a few other projects lined up. He will be seen next in director Anish Krishna’s film which is tentatively called NS 22. The poster of NS 22 was unveiled by the actor on July 27. The film is based on archery and the world of sports.
He has also teamed up with debutant Lakshmi Sowjanya for a Suryadevara Naga Vamsi production. Apart from this, actor-director Srinivas Avasarala and Naga Shaurya have come together for a romantic family entertainer Phalana Abbai Phalana Ammai.
