Nivin Pauly Reveals The First Look Of His Next Film ‘Padavettu’

On Sunday, July 19, actor Nivin Pauly revealed the first look of his next film Padavettu. Helmed by director Liju Krishna, the film is being bankrolled by actor Sunny Wayne under his Sunny Wayne Productions banner. The film marks the debut of the director and Sunny as a producer in the Malayalam film industry.

The first look poster features a rugged and intense Nivin Pauly in a grey shirt and lungi with a sickle in hand. He is seated amidst three other old men behind a barbed wire and in a smoky surrounding.

Nivin Pauly took to Twitter to share the poster. It is noteworthy that Vijay Sethupathi had also shared the poster on his social media.

Padavettu is reportedly set in Kannur and stars Aditi Balan and Manju Warrier in pivotal roles. The film seems to deal with the survival of humans and the conflict behind it and will see Nivin in a different avatar.

Deepak D Menon is on camera, Govind Vasantha on music, Shafique Mohamed Ali on edit, and Subhash Karun on art. Mashar Hamsa has handled costumes, Dinesh Subbarayan on the stunt, Anwar Ali on lyrics, and Renganaath Ravee on sound design.
