Lenny Abrahamson’s Oscar-nominated film Room will hit the Indian screens on January 29. The film is being released in the country by PVR Pictures.
Based on the best-selling novel by Emma Donoghue, the film tells the story of a young mother and her 5-year-old son, who live an imprisoned life in a small room. The film is nominated for several Academy Awards including the one for Best Picture, Best Actress (Brie Larson), Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay.
