With the shooting of Haiku wrapped up, director Pandiraj has tweeted some updates on his upcoming films:
Haiku
- The dubbing has been completed, and only the last touches are left.
- Re-recording for the first half of the movie is being composed by Arrol Corelli, who has previously composed for Pisaasu.
- Suriya will be announcing the audio and movie release dates under his banner 2D Entertainment.
Haiku is a children’s film and stars Karthik Kumar and Bindu Madhavi in the lead. Actors Suriya and Amala Paul feature in guest roles.
Idhu Namma Aalu

- After lying in the cans for a long time now, the film is gearing up for release.
- Due to delays in completing the audio, there are two songs yet to be filmed. The audio is being handled by STR’s brother Kuralarasan. The status of the two songs is unknown.
- Idhu Namma Aalu stars STR and Nayanthara, and has a runtime of 131 minutes (excluding the two songs).
- The audio and release date will be confirmed by actor-producer STR.
Idhu Namma Aalu is a feel good romantic comedy which marks the re-union of the pairing of STR and Nayanthara after their break-up in real life.
After wrapping up these two films, the director is all set to team up with actors Vishal and Keerthi Suresh for his next project.
