Actor Kartik Aaryan was recently reported to have signed a three-film deal with Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment. However, the production house took to Twitter and clarified that the rumours are not true.
“No truth to this at all,” wrote Pooja Entertainment, sharing a report from a news website about the supposed deal with Aaryan.
As per an Outlook report, an insider has also refuted the rumour and said that the production house’s primary focus is on creating and completing existing and upcoming projects. Rumours like these are based on speculative assumptions and should be validated before being published, the source reportedly added.
Pooja Entertainment recently released the spy thriller Bellbottom, starring Akshay Kumar, in theatres. The banner is currently starting work on the dystopian thriller Ganapath that has Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon in the lead. The production house also has another untitled film with Kumar already on the floors, tentatively referred to as ‘Production No 41’.

On the other hand, Aaryan wrapped up the climax scene of his upcoming film Bhool Bhulaiya 2 on Monday. The actor took to Instagram and posted a photo from the sets of the film and the clap of the climax shot. The film, which is directed by Anees Bazmee, also stars Kiara Advani and Tabu. The shooting of this film was earlier stalled in March when Aaryan and some other crew members tested positive for Covid-19.
In one of his Instagram Stories, the actor also stated on Monday that he is off to shoot the Hindi film, Freddy. Touted as a romantic thriller, the movie will be produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Shashanka Ghosh.
Aaryan also has Dhamaka and Sameer Vidwans’ directorial venture in the pipeline. The latter was initially titled Satyanarayan Ki Katha but Vidwans announced that it will be changed to avoid hurting religious sentiments. The now untitled project is expected to go on floors by the end of this year.
