Actor Prithviraj Sukumran, who is riding high on three back-to-back hits, has bought the remake rights of a Spanish time-travel thriller Timecrimes. According to a IANS report, Prithviraj will act in the film, and might produce it as well.
Timecrimes, a thriller laced with the concept of time loop, revolves around a middle-aged man who is fighting himself to escape a time continuum. The IANS report says that the film will be directed by a newcomer, Kannan.
Prithviraj’s recent films – Ennu Ninte Moideen, Amar Akbar Anthony and Anarkali, are huge commercial hits in Kerala. The actor will next be seen in Paavada, a comedy-drama.
