The Hyderabad-based actor told Silverscreen that he will essay an important role in the Telugu version of the film. “It’s a key role apart from the major roles in the story. Initially, the story has nothing to do with the role but as it progresses, it falls in place,” he said.
“The transformation is significant enough. There’s also a physical transformation but I’m not allowed to reveal much about the role,” he added.

Priyadarshi will be acting alongside his Pelli Choopulu co-star Naga Shourya in the film. The movie also marks Premam actress Sai Pallavi’s Tamil debut. Nirav Shah handles the cinematography while Raju Mahalingam of Lyca Productions finances the project.
Directed by Vijay, the project is speculated to be a horror film. The director is currently gearing up for the release of his Tamil film Vanamagan starring Jayam Ravi and Sayyesha Saigal, slated to release on June 23.
Priyadarshi, meanwhile, also has another bilingual in the pipeline – AR Murugadoss’ Spyder starring Mahesh Babu and Rakul Preet Singh. The film is said to be sci-fi thriller with bio-terrorism as its theme.
