Priyanka Chopra will produce a comedy series based on actor Madhuri Dixit’s life in the US. Dixit left behind a hugely successful acting career to settle down in the US with her doctor husband, post marriage.
According to Variety, Dixit is a producer on the show, along with her husband, Dr Shriram Nene.

The story follows Madhuri as she settles down in the suburbs of the US and brings her colourful lifestyle to an otherwise dull town. Sri Rao, known for his work on General Hospital: Night Shift, will pen the pilot and executive produce the series for ABC Network.
An official announcement is expected soon.
At present, Priyanka is working on Isn’t It Romantic? with Liam Hemsworth and the drama, A Kid Like Jake, with Claire Danes.
