Pulan Visaranai 2, the sequel to the popular Vijayakanth starrer, will hit theatres soon. Directed by RK Selvamani, the film has Prashanth reprising Vijayakanth’s role. In an interview to Deccan Chronicle, RK Selvamani, who also directed the first film, declared that despite the delay in release, Pulan Visaranai 2 is still relevant. The movie was shelved for over six years.
According to DC, the thriller is based on a crime that was exposed in a government-owned petroleum sector. It has been filmed in various cities in the country, and also in the Godavari petroleum belt, where the incident took place.
Pulan Visarani 2 has three female leads. Joshua Sridhar composes music.
