Actor Rana Daggubati, has signed with The London Digital Movie & TV Studios for his first ever international film. A press release, detailing, the actor’s project, revealed that he would be cast alongside a Hollywood actress.
“Having inherited a passion for cinema from his family, in 2006, Rana’s first film as a producer A Belly Full of Dreams won him the National Award for Best Film. London Digital Movie & TV Studios also wish to announce that they will shoot their first blockbuster studio film in 2018 with Rana Daggubati, starring alongside a legendary Hollywood screen Goddess,” the press note read.

Apart from his international project, the Baahubali actor is reportedly in talks with his uncle, Venkatesh Daggubati, to star in the Telugu remake of the recently-released Tamil film, Vikram Vedha. Directed by Pushkar-Gayathri, the film starred Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi as police and gangster respectively, and was a modern take on the story of King Vikraamaditya and the ghost Vetal.
Rana also has his Telugu film, Nene Raju Nene Mantri (Naan Aanaiyitaal in Tamil) with Kajal Aggarwal, releasing on August 11. The film is directed by Teja and explores a simple man who turns to politics for power, all told through a love story.
