Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has hit upon an unique way to promote his book – Khullam Khulla: Rishi Kapoor Uncensored. The actor has picked some interesting passages from the book and will enact it on stage as a ninety minute play.

According to a report in Times of India, the 64-year-old actor believes that a first-person narrative would help to create more interest in his book. Rehearsals are already on for the play. A formal announcement will be made soon, reports say.
The book was released earlier this week, and has several interesting anecdotes from Rishi’s life. It also focusses on the famously strained relationship Rishi shares with his son, actor Ranbir Kapoor.
