Talking to Silverscreen, Gunasekhar said, “It should not be confused as a war film. There’s ample romance and drama in the movie to appeal to everybody.” Said to be made on a budget of Rs. 70 crore, the film features Anushka Shetty in the titular role. Gunasekhar, while calling the film a visual spectacle, said that movie has recreated – with great difficulty – the era where the Kakatiya dynasty lived in.
