One of the best performances of National award-winning actor Simhaa was in Alphonse Putheren’s bilingual Neram. The Jigarthanda star is now all set to reprise the role in the Telugu remake of the film, which is tentatively titled 123. Sundeep Kishan has been roped in to play the lead.
The remake will mark Simhaa’s debut in the language, and he’s expected to join the sets of the film later this month. “After much contemplation, Simhaa has been chosen to play the antagonist. He’s expected to dub in his own voice,” a source told Silverscreen.in. Also starring Anisha Ambrose, the film will be directed by Anil Kanneganti and produced by Pixel Dreams. Producer Anil Sunkara will be presenting the film.
