Following the success of the recently released Vedalam, director Siruthai Siva and Ajith are in talks for another film. If the project works out, this will be the duo’s third consecutive collaboration, after Veeram and Vedalam. The film is likely to begin shooting in June 2016, well after Ajith recovers from his knee and shoulder surgery. Vedalam has thus far registered record box office collections.

Ajith suffered a ligament tear while shooting for Vedalam’s climax sequence. His surgery has been scheduled for November 24.
