The Tamil Film Producers’ Council (TFPC) have signed a deal with a new Digital Service Provider (DSP) named Aerox Digital Cinemas Pvt. Ltd., which will provide a virtual printing fee (VPF) at half the price of the existing rates.
Considering the ongoing strike in Tamil Nadu theatres and the stand-off between the producers and the current DSP, Qube Cinema, this new deal is expected to be favourable towards small film producers.
