The latest Spider-Man film has been titled Far From Home. The superhero film’s lead, Tom Holland, took to Instagram to make the announcement.
Holland took over as Spider Man for last year’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. In the 2019 sequel, his superhero activities will not be restricted to New York alone. Far From Home will have Spider-Man in London, according to reports.
Noted actor Jake Gyllenhall plays the villain in this film. The movie’s director, Jon Watts, told the Hollywood Reporter that the film would see Spider-Man dealing with the fallout from Infinity War.
The film, which opens on July 5 next year, will be the first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie to follow Avengers 4.
Meanwhile, Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and The Wasp will be released on July 6.
