Udhayanidhi Stalin will team up with director Priyadarshan for a new film. The actor took to Twitter to announce the project:

Rumoured to be the Tamil remake of the Fahaadh Faasil starrer Maheshinte Prathikaaram, the film will be produced by Santhosh of Moonshot Entertainment. The hunt is on to get suitable cast and crew members for the project. An official announcement is awaited.
Udhayanidhi’s last release was the horror comedy, Saravanan Irukka Bayamaen. The film garnered mostly negative reviews. He has Ippadai Vellum, Podhuvaaga En Manasu Thangam in varying stages of production.
Priyadarshan’s last release was Sila Samayangalil, starring Prakash Raj and Ashok Selvan.
