She said, “I have been staying in my late mother’s house and it’s in my possession. Recently, my father threatened to evict me from the house as he is giving it on a contract to another producer. On Monday, I filed a case in civil court against my father. On Wednesday, the Maduravoyal police lodged an FIR based on his complaint against me. On Friday, 15 cops entered my house, threw things around, and attacked the technicians there. A police inspector going by the name of George Millar slapped me and pushed me out of the house.”
“They pushed me down, hit me hard in the face and head. A lady police also assaulted my daughter who had rushed to help me. She even spit on her,” she alleged. She also said that a police complaint can’t be filed against her when there is a case pending before the court.
