Veera will play a cheerful guy in his next film Arasiyala Idhellam Sadharanam Appa, a political satire. This is the actor’s third film as lead actor. His last onscreen appearance was as the mastermind of a con gang in Raaja Thandhiram.
Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, Veera said, “It is an out-and-out comedy film with the backdrop of political satire and I am trying out humour. I play a happy-go-lucky guy in the city.”
Filming will begin soon. An announcement regarding the cast and crew of the project will be made in March 2017. Directed by debutant Avinash Hariharan, the film is likely to release by the end of this year.
