While the first look for actor Vijay’s Mersal has been going viral, talks about his next project are doing the rounds. Tentatively titled Vijay 62, Sun Pictures is said to produce the film, with AR Murugadoss at the helm.

When Silverscreen contacted a spokesperson for the actor, he said, “It is too early to be stating anything right now. Talks are on and may take months before an official confirmation is announced.”
Director AR Murugadoss is currently wrapping up his upcoming movie, Spyder with Mahesh Babu. The movie will release in September while Mersal will be a Deepavali release. Vijay 62 marks the third collaboration between the duo; other movies being Thuppakki and Kaththi.
