Vishal Bharadwaj is all set to compose the music for Malayalam film Carbon, starring Fahadh Faasil. The music composer-turned-film director will be working with National Award-winning cinematographer and director Venu.
The two had earlier worked in 1998 for Venu’s directorial Daya. Since they share a good rapport, Bharadwaj agreed to be on board for this project. The film will go on floors soon.

According to a NewsX report, the movie revolves around carbon footprint and climate change, and it is being billed as a thriller. KU Mohanan, who also worked in Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees, will be the cinematographer.
The film, apart from Faasil, also stars Mamta Mohandas and is produced by Siby Thottumpuram along with Manu Kunjachan under the banner Poetry Films.
