Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, who has recently forayed into production, will be producing an independent album for musician Jaya Eswar Ragavan of Two Guitars, a Malaysia-based band.

A source close to Yuvan told Silverscreen, “Yuvan wanted to support independent music artistes for a long time. This would be a proper channel for them to exhibit their musical prowess. Jaya will be composing a music album and the first single, Selvom Vaa, from it will be released for Deepavali and the second single, Morada, will be out for Christmas and third single, Vizhiyile, for valentines day next year.”
Yuvan is currently producing the Tamil-Hindi bilingual, Kolaiyudhir Kalam, which is being directed by Chakri Toleti. He also has a lot of films coming this year, he is the composer for films, including Aneethi Kathaigal, Santhana Devan, Irumbu Thirai, Sandakozhi 2 and Semma Bodha Aagathey.
