Aha, the Telugu over-the-top streaming service, announced on Tuesday that it would release 52 original films, web shows, talk shows, and docudramas, across different genres in 2021.
Some of the filmmakers associated with the new projects include, Sukumar, Harish Shankar, Surender Reddy, Vamshi Paidipally, Nandini Reddy, Praveen Sattaru, Dr Sailesh, Pawan Kumar, Venu Udugula, Sudheer Varma, Sagar Chandra, Ranga Yali, Vidya Sagar, Uday Gurrala, Pranav Pingle Reddy, and Pallavi Gangireddy.
The content listed also includes the web series 11th Hour, which will mark the OTT debut of actor Tamannaah Bhatia. Other web series listed include Arka Media’s Anya’s Tutorial, Sooper Over, Kudi Yedamaithe starring Amala Paul, In the Name of God, Thodelu, Rudraveena, and Qubool Hai. Films that will be streaming on Aha in 2021 include, Kambalapalli Kathalu produced by Swapna Dutt, Maidanam, and Maze. Docuseries Beyond Textbook will also stream on Aha.
Aha, whose brand ambassador is Allu Arjun, recently launched actor Samantha Akkineni’s talk show Sam Jam. It also released the films Maa Vintha Gaadha Vinuma, Anaganaga O Athidhi, and Commit Mental as part of its Diwali 2020 releases.
In a press release, the streaming platform said, “The width of content seeks to bring one of the most innovative and diverse Telugu content libraries in the country.” With its new releases, Aha said it was targeting the “global Telugu-speaking audience across age groups and genders.”
Aha currently has a user base of over 20 million in the Telugu entertainment genre.

Aha was launched in March 2020, and reportedly has over 5 million downloads since its inception.
