Amazon’s Prime Day Event has been bringing to audiences a slew of specials and new releases as well. Adding to their Prime Day specials on the OTT platform Prime Video is Amazon Funnies. A fourteen-hour comedy set, Amazon Funnies, features some of the country’s popular stand up comedians.
The comedians will be performing a ten-minute-long set Hinglish, Hindi and English! The lineup includes Sapan Verma, Urooj Ashfaq, Nishant Tanwar, Anubhav Bassi, Rahul Dua, Nishant Suri, Shreeja Chaturvedi, Rahul Subramaniam, Sumukhi Suresh, Neeti Palta, Karthik Kumar, Sumit Saurav, Gaurav Kapoor and Aishwarya Mohanraj.
Amazon Prime Video will be releasing one set each every hour, from 10 am to 11 pm on August 7, 2020. Prime members will also be privy to a host of other offers on Amazon. Now in its fourth year in India, Prime Day starts at midnight on Thursday, August 6 and will run for 48 hours, offering members two full days of flash deals across shopping and entertainment.

As a lead up to Prime Day, starting July 22, Prime Video has also introduced 5 new titles on the streaming service including Gemini Man (July 22), Kannada film French Biriyani (July 24), Birds of Prey (July 29), world premiere of Shakuntala Devi (July 31) and the upcoming Amazon Original series Bandish Bandits (Aug 4).
