The trailer of French Biriyani starring stand-up comic Danish Sait and internet celebrity Disha Madan is out now. Helmed by Pannaga Bharana, the film has been bankrolled by Ashwini and Puneeth Rajkumar‘s PRK productions banner and Gurudutt A Talwar. French Biriyani is Danish Sait’s second film after Humble Politician Nograj (2018) and is the debut film is social media personality Disha Madan.
The trailer begins with Charles alias Powder Charles promising that Suleiman will be brought the ‘samaan’ by Sanjay Solomon. We’re then introduced to an uncouth, quirky auto-driver Asgar (Danish Sait) who befriends a French man Samaan/Simon (Sal Yusuf), and accompanies and ferries him through the city of Bangalore. What follows is the mysterious death of Charles that seems to have ignited problems with his ‘black clan’, the police in search of the foreigner, and Asgar and Samaan intertwined with the two groups. Disha Madan makes a brief appearance as a reporter and cusses at a random stranger. There’s also talk about pills that increase the sperm count and the most obvious joke associated with it.
One can really not make much sense of the film’s story based on the trailer, but it seems like a promising comedy of errors entertainer with a dash of adult comedy.
Amazon Prime Video released the trailer on Thursday afternoon.

Apart from Danish and Disha, the film also stars Sal Yusuf, Rangayana Raghu, Mahantesh Hiremath, Sampath Kumar, Nagabhushana, Sindhu Murthy, and Pito Bash have landed significant roles.
Vasuki Vaibhav has composed music, cinematography by Karthik Palani, Shiva Kumar on art, and Deepu S Kumar is on the edit. B Dhananjaya is on dance, Jolly Bastin on the stunt, and Sachina Heggar on costumes. French Biriyani has been written by Avinash Balekkala.
