On Tuesday this week, on Sarathkumar‘s birthday, Radhika Sarathkumar took to Twitter to release the posters of the actor’s (also her spouse), next project. He will be venturing into the digital space for an aha Video original web series that is to be bankrolled by Radhika and daughter Rayane Mithun’s Radaan Mediaworks in association with Arka Media Works. The original titled Birds Of Prey: The Hunt Begins is being helmed by Praveen K Nair.

The web series is reportedly based on Archana Sarat’s book of the same name and is touted to be a psychological thriller. While Purushotham is on the art, Ashok is on the costume, and Kunal Daswani behind the stills of the web series, the rest of the cast and crew is yet to be revealed.

Meanwhile, Sarathkumar who was last seen in Dhana’s Vaanam Kottatum will next feature in Tamil in Om Vijay’s Piranthaal Parasakthi, Shanmugam Muthusamy’s long-delayed Adangathey alongside GV Prakash Kumar, and in Malayalam alongside Mohanlal for Sphadikam fame Bhadran’s untitled film.
Vaanam Kottatum which also starred Radhika Sarathkumar, Vikram Prabhu, Aishwarya Rajesh, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Madonna Sebastian, Amitash Pradhan, and Balaji Sakthivel dealt with the life of a family after the man of the house who was jailed for murder returns home. The film received mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike.
