Actor Prakash Raj, who won a National award for Best Actor for his moving performance in director Priyadarshan’s Kanchivaram in 2008, is joining hands with the film maker again.
On Friday, Prakash Raj tweeted that Priyadarshan narrated a great script to him, and that the team of Kanchivaram will be back for another production.

Meanwhile, Prakash Raj is a busy man, with films like Thoongavanam, Pa Ranjith’s untitled movie with Rajinikanth, and the Jolly LLB remake in his kitty.
Kanchivaram is about a poor silk weaver in the pre- independence era. The film won many accolades and Prakash Raj’s performance was lauded.
