Ahead of actor Prabhas’ birthday on October 23, the makers of Radhe Shyam revealed the first look poster of his character on Wednesday.
UV Creations who bankrolled the project tweeted the poster and wrote, “The BIG moment has arrived!! Here’s introducing #Prabhas as #Vikramaditya from #RadheShyam! #RadheShyamSurprise #HappyBirthdayPrabhas”
The poster features Prabhas smiling, as he sits on the bonnet of a green car among a line of cars. On the bottom of the poster, the words read, “Advance Birthday Wishes Vikramaditya,”
On Tuesday, co-star Pooja Hegde tweeted a video hinting at the first look reveal. Sharing the video, she had written: “Something exciting coming up tomorrow. Watch this space. #RadheShyamSurprise #DontKeepCalm.”
Last week, the crew of Radhe Shyam announced that the film’s motion poster will be released on October 23, co-inciding with Prabhas’ birthday. UV Creations tweeted: “They’re sure to make you fall in love all over again! Two hearts #BeatsOfRadheShyam, our first motion poster will be out on 23rd October! Starring #Prabhas & @hegdepooja”

Hegde’s first look poster of her character, Prerana was revealed last week on her birthday. Prabhas had shared the poster on Instagram along with the caption, “Wishing our Prerana a very happy birthday.”

Helmed by Radha Krishna Kumar, Radhe Shyam is touted to be a romantic drama set in 70s Europe. The film is bankrolled by Gopi Krishna Movies, UV Creations, and T-Series production banners. Along with Prabhas and Hegde, the film also stars Bhagyashree, Murali Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshi, Sasha Chettri, Sathyan, and several others in important roles.

Meanwhile, Prabhas was last seen in action thriller Saaho (2019) along with Shraddha Kapoor. He is working on the untitled film directed by Nag Ashwin, opposite Deepika Padukone. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan.
Hegde was last seen in Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Housefull 4. She is working on Telugu film Most Eligible Bachelor, written and directed by Bhaskar.
